At Motor City Trading Company, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem

Once we review the issue, we will either:

  • Send a replacement item, or
  • Issue a refund if a replacement is not available

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because many products are produced on demand, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been submitted.

If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping Issues

Motor City Trading Company is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
